Shipping for Physical Products

Australian Orders

  • Orders are produced and shipped from our Australian location.
  • Shipping options include standard and express services.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your order.

International Orders

  • Orders to the USA, Canada, and Mexico are produced and shipped from our Scapefin USA location in Florida. .
  • Orders to all other international regions are shipped from Australia.
  • Shipping options include standard and express services.
  • Fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your order.

Shipping for Live Fish (Australia Only)

  • Live fish orders are dispatched early in the week to avoid weekend delays and ensure safe arrival.
  • Live fish are carefully packed in insulated boxes with heat packs when necessary to maintain optimal temperatures during transit.
  • All live fish are shipped via Australia Post Express Post. Flat-rate or free shipping may apply based on promotions, with final costs calculated at checkout.
  • Customers will be notified of any delays due to extreme weather conditions.
  • Due to biosecurity and regulatory requirements, we do not ship live fish to the following regions:
    • Northern Territory (NT)
    • Tasmania (TAS)
    • Western Australia (WA)

  • Estimated delivery times: Express Post typically arrives within 1–2 business days for metro areas and 2–5 business days for regional areas.
  • Rest assured, all items are packed with care to prevent damage during transit.
