Shipping for Physical Products
Australian Orders
- Orders are produced and shipped from our Australian location.
- Shipping options include standard and express services.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your order.
International Orders
- Orders to the USA, Canada, and Mexico are produced and shipped from our Scapefin USA location in Florida. .
- Orders to all other international regions are shipped from Australia.
- Shipping options include standard and express services.
- Fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your order.
Shipping for Live Fish (Australia Only)
- Live fish orders are dispatched early in the week to avoid weekend delays and ensure safe arrival.
- Live fish are carefully packed in insulated boxes with heat packs when necessary to maintain optimal temperatures during transit.
- All live fish are shipped via Australia Post Express Post. Flat-rate or free shipping may apply based on promotions, with final costs calculated at checkout.
- Customers will be notified of any delays due to extreme weather conditions.
- Due to biosecurity and regulatory requirements, we do not ship live fish to the following regions:
- Northern Territory (NT)
- Tasmania (TAS)
- Western Australia (WA)

- Estimated delivery times: Express Post typically arrives within 1–2 business days for metro areas and 2–5 business days for regional areas.
