  • Returns are accepted for physical products within 14 days of receipt.

Exclusions

  • Live products (such as live fish) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Condition

  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee applies.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Refunds are not applicable for live products or shipping fees.
